I live in SF area..and been negotiating with seller...it has a good amount of mods done to it already..fender elimin frame sliders/ rear spools, and etc. is this price good or no? only has around 1600 miles.

should i be worried about the fz07 recalls?

The price seems like what I'd expect.
Is it 1,000 miles or 1,600 miles?
Does the seller have the TITLE in hand right now?

The recall was only a battery harness issue that, if the initial dealer did it correctly in the first place, wasn't even really a problem. When I took mine in for the recall it didn't even really have to be done because my bike was reassembled by a caring service dept. Obviously they still had to technically do the recall to cover their end. The price sounds pretty fair if the bike is in decent condition and the mods were done correctly.

Go for it! it is a great bike and the price is not bad at all. Don't forget you live in the Bay Area, nothing cheap here ...
Mine as 4000 miles on it and I love it. And don't worry about the recall, it was nothing relevant, just an issue with a cable. The dealer can fix it within 30-60 min paid by Yamaha.
