My new exhaust arrived yesterday, I first installed it with the "db" killer in and then took the exhaust off again to remove the db.
It is hard to take the db out, I used a metal rod and hammered it out from the back side through the pipe itself. Take a listen and see which one is for you.

I did find videos on you tube with both sounds but sometimes in person it sounds different, what I need you to do now is to remove the akrapovic muffler and re install stock muffler,judging by the pictures you posted you don't want to be to laud and disturb the mountains .Just send me the Akrapovic muffler I will dispose of it properly

Which one did you buy, the titanium or the carbon?
My dealer tried very hard to convince me to buy the titanium when I bought the bike, but to me it looks too organic (like a fluke worm or leach!) and not angular like the bike. I like the look and sound of the carbon version and it looks like you can use the catalytic converter with it, the same as they did with the MT-09 version here at 1.53
