What products do you use to wash and detail your bike?

After a softbrush wash and rinse, I dry with a microfiber cloth, and polish/protect with a spray-on wax detailer.

I have not done my first wash yet and was wondering the same. I am used to power washing. I want to be as gentle as possible chem wise. Let me do some searching and see if no one responds here.
