Can I leave positive feedback for someone?

i just purchased a second hand Sena intercom from a new member (Potato) and the deal was superb, great communication, he packed the intercom really well, provided a tracking number and had been absolutely great. I think that because the intercom was marked as sold, the thread has disappeared, so I am wondering if there is any other way to leave positive feedback?
