You really don't need a new washer. I've used the same one year after year. If it doesn't leak (and none of mine ever have), don't bother. Go to to your local auto parts store and they have many brands with a filter that fits. Many don't have a filter # for the FZ-07 because it's so new but the FZ-8 and the FZ-1 use the same filter as the FZ-07.
Example : Fram PH6017A fits the FZ-8 and that is what I used on my last FZ-07 oil change. Generally I use something other than Fram due to people not liking them but I've had no problem with them in the past.

Side note: in a pinch you can always use a Fram PH6607A it has the same internals as the 6017 the only difference is that it is much more common and most stores always have it in stock and it is orange and ugly! Just spray paint it black before you use it.

Here's the K&N filter:

Call around, maybe more deals online?..., happy shopping. Don't sweat the washer, I don't change them and so far haven't had any problems over the years. Careful not to over tighten the oil drain bolt.

I reuse the oil plug washers too. This bike has a thinner, flimsier crush washer than most, but I've reused it twice and no leak. It's so thin that the first time you change oil, you might not even see it because it hugs the drain bolt pretty tight. I bought a replacement that I have on hand just in case. The stealership charges $2 or so for it.
