Picked up my new fz-07 on Friday. Went in for the liquid graphite but fell for the red as soon as I saw it. Liked all the color options though. Brand new rider and I'm in love. My girlfriend has a cbr600rr and she's teaching me. She actually had to ride mine home haha. Almost went for the cbr650f but so glad I went for this. Lighter, cheaper, better all around reviews, you name it.

Rode through the neighborhood a few times so far. Practicing breaking, shifting, turns; all the beginner stuff basically. It's riding season in Phoenix! Sorry to all the cold weather folks out there.

Anyway, glad to be here.

Set some cones up in a straight line about 8ft away and practice going around them. Left side of one and right side on one. But don't look down at the cones remember to keep you head up. Remember to practice emergency braking also. The fz has good brakes but you have to know how to rock em also.
