i am having an issue with starting my fz07. When I put the key in everything lights up and signals work. When I try to start it the bike won’t kick over. Clicking from what I can tell is the starter relay, but I just replace yesterday 6/20/18. New batter 6/18/2018...and on a tender and at 95%. With the clicking the display goes dark and restarts. Hearing a new noise from the computer area....please god not that.

Took for a ride after it did start and around 5k rpm at steady throttle it started to jerk like it was losing power and over correcting itself.

Please help I have no idea where to look next.

Despite the fact that the battery and relay are new does not necessary mean that isn't still the problem. I still sounds like an electrical problem to me. Two symptoms you describe (not enough juice to start and jerking at speed) lead me to believe it could be a bad ground connection. First place that I would check if the battery voltage and the battery terminals for a lose or bad/corroded connection.
