I found a unit from Yoshimura I am thinking of getting. Has anyone installed it and what do you think of removing the stock rear fender? The stock fender seems a bit out for place to me and I think the look is cleaner without it. Thoughts?

I went the cheap route for the time being. Got a universal fender eliminator bracket from my local dealer for $20, with signals for $13. Had to make my own plate to drop the bracket so the fairings could be put back on. All in all, it's good for the time being until I get my Yoshimura kit View attachment 331

Hi Rider - winter in New York suck and i an getting around to installing the fender eliminator. Can you tell me again how to connect the wires - i recall or the front it is black to black and it is the same for the read, but what about the other two wires in the rear ? Which do i connect and cut off? Do you recall? Thanks
