Not fz07 specific, but, the gear I have, I've taken a few spills on. Some were pretty decent, others were just dumb lapses in, well, brain performance.

I have read somewhere that some armor is only meant to be crashed on once, and replaced. Anyone know anything about this?

I suppose it matters which specific armor it is, so I'll check that out and edit to add later.

Armor placement in question would be elbows, shoulders, hips, and knees.
