My Pit Bulls are reversible ......made for lifting spools or you can flip the pieces on the arms and there is a rubber padded area for lifting from under the swing arm.

Yamaha makes a part for the swingarms ends that has spools. I also have the pit bull which does both. I am going to get the Yamaha part later.

You wouldn't have a part number would you?
No but it is in the Yamaha accessories book that the dealer has. It so far does not show up on the Yamaha accessories web site.
I think they are made by Gilles Tooling. My dealer had a two page booklet with all the accessories for the FZ 07.
Another option if you're not going use it to remove rear wheel is this http://www.oesaccessories.com/2015FZ-07.html scroll down to rear axle spool sliders thinking about getting all set myself .
Doublethreat they are called Billet Chain Adjuster in the Yamaha U K accessories and are made by Gilles Tooling. I do not have the Yamaha U S part number but will order them the end of this month from my dealer. I can get you the part number at that time.
Thanks Texan......I'm not in a hurry, but they would be nice.
I took mine over to a buddy's and used his Pit Bull while doing some chain adjustments. It seems like a pretty universal stand and solid. He says he bought it when he bought his first bike and it has lasted through everyone since. I'll be picking up one of my own soon.
Pit Bull = Solid stand, high quality, will probably last you for the rest of your life......unless of course you back over it with a truck or something!

Which one exactly PIT BULL makes so many different ones?
This is the one I'm getting. My friends handle isn't removable though, probably because it's an older model. And I'm going to shop around and find a better price.

I haven't gotten an FZ-07 yet. still trying to decide between 09 and 07...

One thing I noticed there are no spool mounts on the rear or front on the 07.. Has anyone seen or have or used a rear stand that works off the pillion pegs or the pillion mounts? Pretty sure the actual pegs flip up so trying to left with the actual peg wouldn't work but maybe using the bracket that the peg mounts too?

I saw the bull dog stand that lifts with a flat space off the swing arm but this seems kinda iffy to me maybe it would slide off or something.

I also found the chain tensioners with the spool mounts on them but they are $200 which seems really high for a rear stand, especially one that you have to leave at home... Plus lifting with the chain tensioner might not be a good idea in the long run.
